The Petrossian name is synonymous with caviar and we founded our West Hollywood Restaurant & Boutique to explore the limitless possibilities of this beloved delicacy. But that's only the beginning. Guided by our french heritage and inspired by the life and beauty of the West Coast, we've envisioned a colorful array of delicate flavors, ranging from vibrant pairings to sumptuous guilty pleasures.


Our six course tasting menu is the culmination of Chef Carlos Cabrera’s 7 years at Michelin 1 star Le Cirque in Las Vegas and showcases the highlights of the seasons and changes regularly. In addition to the tasting menu, you will have the opportunity to supplement the menu with wine pairings and caviar service before the tasting menu.
