A Touch of Paris on 13th Street
First opened in the fall of 2023, this beautiful 13th street boutique represents Petrossian’s commitment to retail service and a personal connection with our clients, especially in the wake of the global pandemic of 2020. We sought to create an unsurpassed “temple” to caviar in the heart of New York City, where caviar-lovers and first timers could gather to broaden their understanding and seek out the perfect caviar experience. We even commissioned unique artwork and murals for the opening to show our passion for the “art of caviar”. Our door is open, so please visit the boutique to see what we’ve created.

In 1920, brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian first brought their caviar to Paris and world has never been the same again. Starting from a single boutique and using time-honored traditions, they perfected the art of caviar and the Petrossian name has now become synonymous with taste and sophistication, across the globe. Nearly a century later, Petrossian remains a family company, dedicated to their caviar and to creating unforgettable culinary experiences through their restaurants and boutiques.
